Return/Exchange Policy for North America: After 14 days of your purchase, if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, we will be more than happy to refund you the full amount and we will take care of the delivery fees.*

Return/Exchange Policy Outside of North America: If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase after 14 days, we will refund you the full amount, however the delivery fees will be PAID BY YOU (the customer).* 

Cancelation Fee: If the customer cancels the order, the customer will receive ONLY 50% OF THE REFUND until the product has returned to us. Then, when the product has been returned to us, the customer will get the full refund.*
